These terms cover the Pulse (Couple Touch) apps and usepulse.love website provided by usepulse. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. If you disagree, do not use it. These terms do not remove consumer rights provided by applicable law.
2. Accounts and voluntary connections
Use information you have the right to provide and protect your credentials. Partner connections must be voluntary. Anyone holding a pairing code may join, so share it only with your intended partner. You can unlink or request account deletion in settings. Do not impersonate others, use their photos without permission, or use the service to harass, threaten or stalk. If you are below the age at which you can agree to the service where you live, involve your guardian and use it only where legally permitted.
3. Service limitations
Touches, animations and haptics express affection. They are not medical, ECG monitoring, emergency alert or personal safety services. Network conditions, operating-system notification routing, device state, permissions and power settings can delay or prevent notifications and haptics. We do not guarantee immediate or every-time delivery. Use local emergency services for emergencies.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in submitted photos and other content and permit us to store, process and show them to your partner as needed to operate the service. You must have the necessary rights. Avatar links are public and anyone holding a link can access the image; choose uploads carefully. Do not upload illegal content, distribute malware, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
5. Charges and existing Apple subscriptions
The current version temporarily offers no new membership purchase entry point. If you have an existing Apple subscription, billing, cancellation and refunds remain subject to Apple’s relevant rules and applicable law. Unlinking, uninstalling or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage it separately in your Apple account subscription settings. Any future paid feature will explain its price and conditions before purchase.
6. Changes, suspension and ending use
We may change or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or improvements. Abuse, unlawful activity or security risks may lead to restricted access. We will give appropriate notice of material service or terms changes. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and deletion.
7. Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable care in maintaining the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, or removes mandatory statutory rights. Contact us first for help with a problem. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive collective remedies.
