2. Information and purposes
We process the identifier, and any name and email supplied through Sign in with Apple, to create and authenticate your account. You may provide a nickname and photo. Pairing codes, partner relationships, touch records and timestamps support connections, notifications and history. Push tokens, device platform information, request identifiers, response statuses and necessary operational logs support delivery, security and troubleshooting. For accounts with existing Apple purchases, we process transaction identifiers and entitlement status to verify existing access; we do not receive payment card details.
3. Photos and partner visibility
Selected photos are resized and re-encoded locally and uploaded only when you tap Save. We do not read or upload your entire library. Re-encoding does not copy the original EXIF/GPS metadata. Your partner can see your nickname, photo and shared interactions. Avatar URLs are public: anyone with a link can view the image. This is not partner-only private storage. Do not upload sensitive photos or images you lack permission to use.
4. Website waitlist and local storage
When you join the waitlist, we store your email, language and registration time to send product availability messages. Email us to leave the list and request deletion. The website uses local storage to remember your language; clearing site data removes that preference. Our website and infrastructure also process network request information needed to serve pages and prevent abuse.
5. Providers and disclosures
We use Apple for sign-in, push notifications and device communication, Supabase for account, database and avatar storage services, and Cloudflare for the website and waitlist. These providers process information as needed for those functions. Your partner receives information needed for connections and interactions. Infrastructure processing may involve servers outside your region. We do not publish your submitted photos or touch records as a public feed. We may disclose necessary information as required by law or to protect users and prevent abuse.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep account, relationship and interaction data for as long as needed to provide the relevant features. You can request account deletion in app settings. On completion, the connection ends, account profile and stored avatars are removed, and related records are deleted or de-identified through the service’s deletion flow. Unlinking or uninstalling does not delete your account. Replaced avatars and uploads whose profile save was not confirmed may remain until account deletion. Backups and legally required records may not be erased immediately; retention should be limited to recovery, security and legal needs.
7. Your choices and security
You can edit your profile, unlink your partner, disable notifications in system settings, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion and exercise rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity. Disabling notifications does not delete your account. We use authentication, encryption in transit and access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security; the public avatar-link exception is explained above. Do not publicly share sign-in credentials or pairing codes.
8. Young users, updates and contact
If you are below the age at which you can consent to the service and personal information processing where you live, involve your guardian and use the service only where legally permitted. Contact us if you believe we have improperly collected a young person’s information. We update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
